VIP Passes & Media Passes

Hi all, please take note of the following information:

1. VIP Passes

Due to logistical restrictions. Each participating team/institution will be issued with Two VIP passes.
The invitation will be sent to your team/institution's correspondence via email by Wednesday.

2. Media Passes

Two Media Passes will be issued to each team/institution for photography/videography.

However, they will only be allowed into the designated media area during the team performance and are required to leave the area after the team's performance.

Media Pass will be given to the team upon registration on the day of event. Passes are to be worn visibly.

Please also be reminded that flash photography is strictly prohibited.
